Delicious single-origin Arabica whole bean coffee blend with an aftertaste of bitter cocoa, cereals, and vanilla. Grown on an island in the Indonesian Archipelago, it is not washed after harvesting but remains whole before roasting.

Curated by the Giamaica Caffè roasting laboratory in Verona, a true taste workshop renamed as such by Gianni Frasi, who inherited it from his uncle Giovanni Erbisti, active since 1947. The selection of beans takes place at the source through control of the entire supply chain and direct relationships with producers. The roasting process is carried out with direct flame, with timings that vary for each sack of coffee. This procedure distinguishes its production from the majority of roasters, who use indirect flame.
