MAX'S BREAD | WHITE
Enjoy the bread served at Le Calandre in your own home. Max's white bread is made with Russello durum wheat and a live sourdough starter.
The bread will easily last 4 or 5 days at room temperature. We suggest heating it in the oven or toaster before serving. It can also be frozen, thawed and toasted.
