A sweet leavened bread born from the meeting of distant influences, where the sunny sweetness of candied pineapple meets the fresh, balsamic notes of juniper. It belongs to our line of sweet leavened breads made with extra virgin olive oil, an ingredient that gives the dough lightness while enhancing the aromas and helping the fragrance carry.

Heat in a 80°C oven for 10 minutes to bring out the aromas.

All our leavened products are made by hand in our pastry lab, MammaRita, using a sourdough starter and are allowed to rise naturally at low temperature using two-phase leavening process. As a result, our panettoni are fully leavened and particularly aromatic. Our leavened breads don't contain any artificial colors, preservatives or hydrogenated fats.

Ingredients: Wheat flour type 00, cocoa butter and extra virgin olive oil preparation (17.2%) [cocoa butter, extra virgin olive oil, emulsifier: soy lecithin], egg yolk, candied pineapple (13.3%) [fresh pineapple, glucose/fructose syrup], water, granulated sugar, sourdough starter [water, wheat], acacia honey, invert sugar [water, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium bicarbonate], juniper berries (0.1%), brewer's yeast.

Allergens: Contains allergens: cereals containing gluten and derived products, eggs and egg-based products, soy.

Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy 1479 kJ / 354 kcal; Fat 19 g, of which saturated fat 6.1 g; Carbohydrates 40 g, of which sugars 20 g; Fibre 0.7 g; Protein 5.3 g; Salt 0.52 g.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store at room temperature and consume within 6 days.
