Alajmo egg pasta, hand-rolled, made with select Italian semolina and fresh eggs. Seven different variations designed by Max, each with a unique ingredient. The smoked taglierini are distinguished by their delicately smoky, elegant, and persistent flavor, adding a distinctive touch to any dish. Max recommends serving them in broth or with white truffle.

Durum wheat semolina (Italy), 31% egg. Smoked for approximately 8 hours over beech wood.
