Ea Zaeta Alajmo reinterprets the traditional Venetian biscuit in the form of a cake.

Made with corn flour, which gives it its characteristic yellow color, hence the name zaeti, "little yellows," and enriched with pine nuts, raisins, and a touch of rum, it is a crunchy and aromatic dessert, perfect for breakfast, as a snack, or with afternoon tea.
