Alajmo's Cocoa Sbrisolona is a reinterpretation of the classic Mantua dessert, where "brisa" means crumb.

Made with extra virgin olive oil and enriched with chocolate, it offers a crumbly texture and intense flavor, perfect for a sweet treat or to accompany tea and coffee.

Type 00 wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (12.9% - Italy - Palermo), sugar, cocoa butter, egg yolk, egg white, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, chocolate (4%), cocoa (3%), vanilla, rum, soy lecithin, salt. May contain MILK.
