A focaccia inspired by the intense aromas of the Mediterranean scrub, made with extra virgin olive oil and enriched with candied peppers and chili peppers, which lend aromatic and slightly spicy notes. The whole thing is balanced by a touch of dark chocolate, which adds a delicate roundness and a balance between sweet and savory.
